Nature Provides is a small supplement company based in Forest Row and Sweden. Our hardworking and passionate team develops high-quality health food supplements, with the goal of supporting and empowering people on their own health journey.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised and practical person to help keep our Forest Row stockroom running smoothly.
You will fulfil wholesale orders, apply barcode labels on products, prepare stock for our sales platforms and book couriers for consignments. Accuracy and efficiency are essential, along with a careful approach and an eye for detail to help prevent mistakes with stock and orders.
Roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Applying barcode labels neatly and accurately, checking that the correct labels are used.
- Picking, checking and packing wholesale orders ensuring all products are adequately protected.
- Preparing and packing stock for dispatch to our sales platforms.
- Booking in deliveries with couriers.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and flagging any discrepancies.
- Keeping the stockroom tidy, organised and easy to work in.
- Moving and handling stock safely, including some boxes weighing over 15 kg.
You should be:
- Careful and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable following instructions.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable with practical stockroom duties and safe manual handling.
- Confident using a computer for basic stock records and delivery bookings. Training will be provided.
- Available to work 4 hours on Tuesdays and 4 hours on Wednesdays.
